How do we communicate with our customers? Through emails!

Please provide us with a legitimate email when checking out. It is our main source of communication to let you know about your shipping, if an item is unexpectedly out or exchanging of sizes.

Providing us with phony emails = lots of unnecessary complications!

We DO NOT guarente shipping times even if expedited. 

Returns:

Then we know to watch for a package. Items have been returned to customers because the mail often doesn't leave notices! So it sits at the post office and is then returned back to you and you'll have to resend it again!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, offers, credits, first time buyer coupon or exchanges.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unbroken, not lost in transit and in perfect condition free of wear odors or scents.

We do not pay for return shipment and original shipping fee is subtracted from return.

We do not refund any shipping - expedited or otherwise at time order was placed.

We function like a brick and mortar store in the sense if a special discount is offered to you, we expect a prompt answer to our offer - within 24 - 72 hours.

 We cannot refund money on a lost, stolen or damaged item being returned to us. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This will only add on time to your refund as the item has to be received by Belle Melange for refund.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 - 14 business days after you receive notice of refund.

We DO NOT INTERCEPT DELIVERIES or Halt Deliveries if you change your mind during shipping. You will receive your package and then if you like, return it.

We DO NOT Refund items until an item(s) is returned to us. 

We DO Not pay for return shipping.

We do not refund shipping on purchased items.

All Sales are final.

We will email that we have received your item, if refund is applicable then it will return to payment method 10 - 14 business days after.

If you do not see it, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mybellemelange.com.

Please allow 24 - 72 hours for response.Please respond back to us in 24 - 72 hours otherwise we will make the decision or withdraw any offers.

 Sale items (if applicable)

We only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or out of stock items.

If you receive a defective item please return to Belle Melange to inspect. Then we can get a new one ordered and resent. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks.

You will need to send us the original so we can exchange it with our manufacturer. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for replacement to arrive.

 If you need to exchange for a different size:

Send us an email at support@mybellemelange.com so we can be sure the item is in stock as well as your size if available.

For exchange send your item to:

Once we confirm receipt we will send an email. When the new tracking is available we will send it to you. Then allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for new size or replaced item to reach you.

 Shipping

 Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

We do not guarantee shipping times as our products come from all over the world.

We do not pay for return shipping. We do not refund shipping on items at time of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $15, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will check your items when we receive them and email you.

Please allow 10 - 14 business days for refunds to process.
