REFUNDS & RETURN POLICY


 

Returns

Our policy lasts 10 days after receiving product. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, offers, credits, first time buyer coupon or exchanges.

If we are awaiting a response from a customer regarding a question, concern, exchange refund extra and we don't receive a response in 72 hours the decision falls to us.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unbroken, not lost in transit and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags and returned to:

 We reserve the right to change any of our policies at any time.

We do not pay for return shipment.

We do not refund any shipping - expedited or otherwise at time order was placed.

We do not refund coupons, first time buyer discount or other discounts at time of return. If for example you paid 9.99 on your shipping and receive a $15.00 first time buyer coupon, those are subtracted back off your return.

If you purchased 2 or more items, we do not refund shipping at time of purchase and we will split the amount of the $15.00 first time buyer between them. 

We function like a brick and mortar store in the sense if a special discount is offered to you, we expect a very prompt answer to our offer - within 24 - 72 hours.

We cannot refund money on a lost, stolen or damaged item being returned to us.

We do expect a certain amount of decorum and appropriate adult behavior in communications with our company and staff.

 Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:Gift cards. Downloadable software products. Some health and personal care items.Book with obvious signs of use CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

If you receive a purchase that is damaged, you will need to send it to us to inspect to determine refund.

 To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase/invoice with the product, in unused condition, within the 10 day time frame described above.

 Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This will only add on time to your refund as the item has to be received by Belle Melange for refund.

Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery and we don't refund.

Any discount is divided between amount of items purchased if returned.

We so not refund shipping fees at time of purchase, shipment to us for return or exchange, discounts and first time buyer coupons. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days after you receive notice of refund.

We DO NOT INTERCEPT DELIVERIES or Halt Deliveries if you change your mind during shipping. You will receive your package and then if you like, return it.

We DO NOT Refund items until an item(s) is returned to us. 

We do not refund items returned to us that arrive in transit damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

 Late or missing refunds (if applicable) allow 7 - 10 business days to process.

If you haven’t received a refund after your item has been returned to us, and we have notified you of receipt and acceptance of return, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@bellemelange.com. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for response.

 Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or out of stock items.

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received item. Please take photo if possible, it helps us with your return as well as with the manufacturer. 

You will need to send us the original so we can exchange it with our manufacturer. Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for replacement to arrive.

 If you need to exchange for a different size:

1.Send us an email at support@bellemelange.com so we can be sure the item is in stock as well as your size if applicable.

For exchange send your item to:

Once we confirm receipt we will send an email. When the new tracking is available we will send it to you. Then allow up to 2 - 4 weeks for new size or replaced item to reach you.

 Shipping

 Shipping time does not include weekends or holidays.

We do not guarantee shipping times as our products come from all over the world.

We do not refund shipping or expedited shipping.

We do not pay for return shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 If you are shipping an item over $15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We do our best to work with our customers and we do expect it to be a two way street.
